Comprising of a team of dedicated professionals, each bringing solid experience and project handling capabilities, the organisation structure is functional, with the core focusses being Project development, Marketing and Customer service.

Each development, marketing and service division has a primary Business Head whose main objective is to deliver to all clients unique products and consistently high standards of customer service. Under the aegis of a new CEO, a new customer service initiative will track, examine and address suggestions and complaints by owners of SJR apartments and promptly resolve any issues, however small they may seem to be.

Starting from scratch and surging ahead in such a short span was never easy, yet we accomplished it with an untiring determination, hard work and a passion for staying true to our commitments.
